Called twice yesterday from 800 481 8616. First caller asked my name; I asked to whom she would like to speak, and she hung up. Second person asked for a person and when I said this was not she, he asked me to prove it. Yeah, no. Don't bother trying to call - no answer.

Another call about someone having a case pending against someone at this number. These people aren't even sure they have a correct phone number and yet they give out the persons name they are looking for. That seems to be an invasion of privacy.
